During this meeting we will begin brainstorming ideas and projects for 2025. We need to organize the following:       2 job fairs to attend and promote how to become a REALTOR®       At least one school visit to a business class where we can make a presentation       Fair Housing promotion that we can hand out to members during the April or September meeting       Education piece on the new Fair Housing Requirement (similar to Code of Ethics requirement)       Equal Opportunity education piece       Possible offering of At Home With Diversity course to our members       We need ideas for public relations - how can we better promote the use of a REALTOR®, what the difference is, stats, facebook posts, this is where we can brainstorm with all the committee and come up with some really good action items.
