Diana's Journey with MEIAR
Diana's real estate career began in Henry County, where she worked as an office secretary. Her dedication and passion for the industry soon led her to become a licensed real estate agent. This foundational experience equipped her with the knowledge and skills necessary to advance in the real estate field.
In September 1996, Diana joined the Mid-Eastern Indiana Association of Realtors (MEIAR) as the MLS Coordinator. This role allowed her to delve deeper into the real estate industry, where she could leverage her experience and contribute significantly to the organization's operations. Diana's hard work and commitment did not go unnoticed. In January 2020, she was promoted to the position of Association Executive at MEIAR. This role marked a significant milestone in her career, reflecting her leadership abilities and dedication to MEIAR's mission.
In her current role, Diana wears multiple hats:
- Ex Officio Member: She serves as an ex officio member of the Board of Directors and all committees, playing a crucial role in executing decisions made by Committees and the Board of Directions.
- Event and Meeting Coordination: She is responsible for executing planned events and membership meetings, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and meet the organization's standards.
- Daily operations of MEIAR.
- Diana is a strong advocate for transparency and open communication within MEIAR. To foster a culture of openness and trust, she has implemented an open door policy. This approach encourages employees, and all members, to freely share their ideas, concerns, and feedback with her.
Goals as a Newer AE:
- Member Engagement: All members should have a sense of belonging and engagement among our community. We want them to feel valued and heard, because they are.
- Innovation & Encouragement: Diana encourages innovation and creativity, which are essential for the continuous growth and improvement of MEIAR.
- Thrive & Adapt: As the ever evolving real estate landscape moves, so should MEIAR. Continuing to be transparent, bring value to the members, provide education opportunities, and think outside the box will help the organization move forward.
- To create a supportive and inclusive environment and free flow of information throughout the organization.
Diana's journey with MEIAR has taken 28 years, soon to be 29 and counting.

Ashley Gregory
Ashley: A Key Member of the MEIAR Team
Ashley joined the MEIAR team in August 2023 and has rapidly proven to be an invaluable asset to our members. Her combination of excellent customer service skills, friendly demeanor, and technical expertise makes her a standout addition to the team.
Ashley is responsible for overseeing MLS Operations, ensuring that our systems run smoothly and efficiently for all users. Her attention to detail and dedication to accuracy have helped enhance our platform's performance.
She also manages lockboxes, providing seamless access and functionality for our members. Her proactive approach ensures that any issues are resolved promptly, maintaining trust and reliability.
Ashley oversees the intake process for new members, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition into the MEIAR community. Her friendly approach helps new members feel comfortable and supported from the start.
Ashley is accountable for daily oversight of the data integrity system for the MLS. This task can be daunting at times, Ashley applies her calm personality and dedication to achieving respectful and quick solutions to questionable data. Due to her dedication and perseverance MEIAR members can rely on her if they make a mistake or typo.
