Secondary REALTOR® Membership

Instructions

REALTOR® who are seeking to become a MEIAR secondary member/subscriber must be a paid member in another association and maintain said membership in good standing at all times. Including paying Local, State and National dues on a yearly basis.

The Designated REALTOR® of applicants office must be a full or secondary participant of MEIAR before any licensees may apply.

To apply for Membership:

  1. Complete all required fields and submit your application.
  2. When entering your office name, please enter the full name of your office.
  3. Your broker will be sent a verification email, once returned to MEIAR will send you an invoice.
  4.  After payment has been received MEIAR will begin processing your application.
  5. Allow 72 hours after all required information has been received by MEIAR for processing.
  6. MEIAR will send a membership verification email with instructions to sign onto the MLS.

Note: Applications will NOT be process without a photograph, valid email address, all required fields completed in their entirety and payment.

Note: Before completing application, you will need to obtain a declaration of primary membership from your primary Association's membership department.

Secondary Membership Applicants who request access to MEIAR must be a REALTOR® or licensed appraiser member who pays State and National dues through another Association in the state of Indiana. The Managing Broker (Designated REALTOR®) of such office must be a member subscriber, or secondary member subscriber of MEIAR before any licensees may participate. Secondary members will be members of the Mid-Eastern Indiana Association of REALTORS® and gain access to the Indiana Regional Multiple Listing Service upon approval.
