Secondary Designated REALTOR® Membership

Instructions

Designated REALTOR® applicants must be a licensed broker or licensed/certified appraiser who pays Local, State, and National Association of REALTORS® dues through another Association to qualify for secondary membership with MEIAR.

Designated REALTORS® who are joining as secondary members must provide a waiver of services for all agents in their office not seeking a subscription to the MLS.


To apply for Membership:

  1. Complete all required fields and submit your application.
  2. When entering your office name, please enter the full name of your office.
  3.  MEIAR will review and send your invoice with the required fees.
  4. After payment has been received MEIAR will begin processing your application.
  5. Watch for an email from mls@meiar.comcastbiz.net that will include your Indiana Regional MLS LLC Participant Agreement and the Agent Security Level Form that must be completed.
  6. Allow 72 hours after all required information has been received by MEIAR for processing.
  7. MEIAR will contact you as soon as your application has been processed to schedule your new member training.

Note: Applications will NOT be process without a photograph, valid email address, all forms completed in their entirety and payment.

Note: Before completing application, you will need to obtain a declaration of primary membership from your primary Association's membership department.

Secondary Designated REALTOR® Membership Applicants who request access to MEIAR must be a REALTOR® member or licensed appraiser who pays State and National dues through another Association in the state of Indiana. Secondary members will be members of the Mid-Eastern Indiana Association of REALTORS® and gain access to the Indiana Regional Multiple Listing Service upon approval.
