Louise Thompson
Louise Thompson has been an Associate Broker with ERA Integrity Real Estate since 2018. She loves helping people with their real estate needs.
To better serve people 55+, she completed extensive training and passed a stringent exam to become a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES). With this designation and using her experience working in healthcare/long-term care and for the Alzheimer’s Association, she assists clients in exploring housing options that better fit their current and future needs. These options may include upsizing or downsizing to a more manageable home, or relocating to an active adult community, assisted living, or long-term care. Louise also assists with the property sale for estates and guardianships.
By building relationships with businesses and organizations, she connects people needing assistance with contractors, moving companies, elder law attorneys, accountants, and other service providers.
Louise relocated from Northwest Indiana to Greenfield to be closer to her daughter and her family. Her son lives in Baltimore. She is active with the MIBOR-Hancock County Division, Mid- Eastern Indiana Association of Realtors (MEIAR), the Greenfield Kiwanis and the American Business Woman Association--Successful Women in Hancock County. She volunteers for the Greenfield Chamber, the Pennsy Trails of Hancock County, is a Volunteer Advocate for Seniors and supports many other non-profit organizations.
